Social Identity Coaching Lab is the co-creation of Peter Godard (a white queer kid who came of age in the ‘90s) and Mona Khan (a desi, culturally muslim, third culture kid).

Our co-created brand of magic allows us to nurture teams and individuals to get real about equity, embody liberation, and co-create new ways of being and doing that they hadn't yet dreamed possible.
